- Value Analysis: We offer a broker opinion of value tailored to your need. We will review your property, research comparable sales, provide an income analysis when applicable, and thoroughly review the market issues particular to your property and report back to you. Our findings will assist in making you a more informed buyer or seller.
- Selling: We use a wide range of local, regional and internet marketing channels as well as telephone and strategic direct mail to connect with buyers. As your advisor, we'll discuss the IRC Section 1031 tax-deferred exchange process with you so your tax professionals can calculate potential capital gains savings.
- Buying: We work with buyers in a multi-step process. We will qualify your needs, assess financing capacity and establish parameters for the search. With our network of professional and broker contacts, we identify properties that are available and tailor a search and decision process that works with your schedule, your finances and your business. We support you each step of the process from the search, purchase contract, financing and through to closing.
- Landlord and Tenant Representation: We will work on your behalf as either the landlord seeking the right tenants or as the tenant, seeking the right space.

Consulting: We provide services to business owners who need support to address business challenges, financial hardship or pending commercial loan default. Consulting work may include:
- Analysis of business, and as appropriate, personal financial information.
- Development of financial options to address your specific business challenge or need.
- Facilitation of discussions with financial partners relative to satisfaction or modification of the existing debt, or application for financing,
- Negotiating on your behalf.
- Working with you and your legal and financial professionals through the process.
Value Analysis: Our estimates of value are well-suited for clients who need an estimate of market value before beginning the sales process. We will:
- Analyze the company's financial records and identify the company's value drivers.
- Meet to identify the owner's impact on finances.
- Make normalizing adjustments. Beyond the value of the real estate and other assets, normalized cash flow is the key to value.
Our fees are customized based on the project and may be a combination of fixed, hourly or contingent, and may be predicated on the availability of accurate accounting records.
