Brenda joined Concord Commercial in 2009 after a 20 year career in commercial banking. She became co-owner in 2011 and took over ownership of the firm from the founding partner, Jody Keeler, in 2013. Brenda has extensive experience in relationship and project management, financial analysis and negotiation. Brenda advises clients in buying, leasing and selling real estate and businesses.
Prior Experience: Citizens Bank / Northway Bank – VP, Commercial Lending – Commercial lender and credit analyst. Extensive analytical experience within financial services industry including Direct Marketing, Client Development Manager, Loan Review Officer and Financial Auditor.

Jody Keeler, CPA
Founder
Jody has been a New Hampshire real estate broker since 1977. During the early 90’s he managed and sold the commercial real estate portfolios for several New England banks. In 1994 he and a partner founded a successful CPA firm. After selling the firm in 2004, he returned to commercial real estate and business brokerage, founding Concord Commercial Real Estate.. Jody retired from the firm in 2013.
